    The good thingsMy immediate team is nice to work with.
    The challengesSupply chain is a complete mess. Systems are deficient, very poor work like balance and unless you are part of the global purple circle you are not valued. No career progression for supply chain professionals outside of Sweden. Pay is appalling compared to other areas of the business.
