    No working computer for a week, little to no feedback and lied to my face when I questioned them.
    The good thingsThe majority of the people who work there are so welcoming and friendly. Decent salary and benefits' Working for a company with such longevity and name recognition
    The challengesThe immediate team I joined made me feel very much left out of their little clique. Much was said to me about it being a small and tightknit team, that finding the right person to fit in would be hard, even if they were capable of the job. It was almost like being in high school again, trying to befriend the popular girls.

    When a company needs to recruit staff outside of the industry it operates in, it should tell you all you need to know. And don’t let any recent ‘positive reviews’ fool you. Those already in the industry already know that when it comes to Satterley, you steer clear.
    The good thingsNot a bad place to work prior to the LWP takeover.
    The challengesMay as well have changed the company name to LWP. Senior leadership roles taken up by LWP staff who have pushed Satterley staff out the door by various means. Preferential treatment provided to LWP staff over Satterley staff. A raft of resignations and departures over the last 9 months has made for a very unsettling work environment, highly stressed staff, and poor culture.

    The new LWP senior leadership and new way of doing things has made the position untenable with numerous SPG staff resigning within a new months of the merger. Run.

    The challengesAfter the merger it's now an LWP business under the Satterley logo. Really disappointing to see the quality slipping for the WA community

    Great opportunity for career progression with an industry leader.
    The good thingsI have been with Satterley for a few years, and the best part of the company is its people. I have always found the workplace to be a friendly, accepting and supportive work environment. I would happily recommend the company for anyone who is ambitious and passionate about the property industry.
    The challengesThe work can be fast-paced, however staff are given the opportunity to really rise to the challenges and grow into their roles.

    Ok for a short while but no long-term career at Satterley. Better off at another place where you feel respected and rewarded for your hard work.
    The good thingsMy team were a nice group, with some nice people working on my side of office. I made some nice friends.
    The challengesVery bad communication and no pay rise even after a few years. A lot of people always leaving the company resignations or being made redundant. Not a good culture. Very 'old school' and corporate.

    A fantastic team that work together to achieve a common goal, good for development professionally and personally.
    The good thingsManagement genuinely care about you and your development, there's been multiple internal promotions and the people are fantastic, I've formed several friendships here that I'm sure will last.
    The challengesCovid-19 brought the company some significant challenges but coming out of it now, we're a very tight-knit team that support each other.
