    The challengesnever knowing what piece of machinery was going to breakdown next. sometimes being awoken during sleep to attend breakdowns at odd hours as you are on call 24hrs during your tour.

    My employement with Saxon was the greatest experience of my employment in energy services
    The good thingsAccomidation food and oppotunitey to have a safe and satisfied working conditions and to also meet and work along side some very experienced and great people.
    The challengesChallenges were great and not difficult to grasp as everything I was shown was conducted in a safe attitude, personely the greatest challenge I had was leaving the rig as I enjoyed the environment to an extent to a point that I didn't want to go home for a break

    The good thingsGreat roster, good income, managers had excellent people skills.on going training and opportunities present all the time. Great food and accommodation. you always had support.
    The challengesHard physical work long hours, lots of training required every year to keep tickets up dated. stay motivated and been away from family and friends . Short shifts on change over could wear you down.
