    Flexible Working

    We believe that all roles – regardless of level or location – can be undertaken with some form of flexibility.

    Parental Leave

    We offer 18 weeks gender neutral parental leave, for primary carers, with no qualifying period and four weeks paid leave for secondary carers.

    Life leave

    To promote work-life balance, eligible team members receive 5 extra paid leave days each year, on top of their 4 weeks annual leave, to use however they like.
