    Glad I made the move to SE in 2024!
    The good thingsThe office space is modern and innovative, definitely at an advantage having the factory on-site Gepps Cross to watch everything be manufactured. There are so many great projects to work on so you are continually learning on the job and very grateful for the flexibility to work from home.
    The challengesIt is a very large company and sometimes the processes aren't the best, however, there is definitely a sense of continuous improvement at Schneider and slowly over time all processes are becoming improved or automated.

    The good thingsSchneider is a company that really strives to make an impact in everything it touches. From our innovative products, and our focus on customer experience to Schneider's sustainability vision and goals and our strong culture and focusing on our employees. It's just a great place to work.
    The challengesThe only downside for me is the location. I'm on the south side of Sydney and our office is in the North. It can be a long trip for me depending on traffic, however we have well balanced hybrid working policies which make life easier.

    The good thingsI've had the privilege to work with Schneider in both Australia and England, what I found most interesting is the people and culture is supportive and encouraging everywhere. They have supported my family greatly through carer's leave, provide 3 volunteer days a year, and provide great career growth
    The challengesI honestly can't speak any more highly of the company than I already do. I have never experienced anything I haven't liked. Even being a large global company, I have had ample opportunities to connect and work with leaders from VP's to CEO's. Each team works together for the benefit of customer.
