I would avoid this place at all costs, do not waste your time & effort. high turnover of staff due to poor management. Extremely unprofessional, toxic environment. Absolutely no support. If i could give less then 1 star i would
The good thingsDays off - i used to quite literally count down the days until i could get out of there.
The challengesManagement, poor communication, thinking it was a family run business but it feels no different. Cutting costs on gifts for customers..

If applying for IT role be prepared to work with low skill professionals.The company overall is decent, with a polite and professional team. However, my experience was negatively impacted by two long-term colleagues who were disorganized, frequently used inappropriate language, and lacked basic documentation and procedures. Their behavior made collaboration difficult, despite the rest of the office being respectful and supportive.

The good thingsAllow some flexibility when required if I have completed my work duties and enough staff to cover this
The challengesThey do a great job with what they have but it is difficult with so many customers to service wanting everything yesterday

Consider every last option before working here!
The good thingsVery few individuals make it worth working here and it’s pretty easy if you know what you’re doing.
The challengesManagement not caring about better ideas or rewarding staff that hide within the woodwork. The pay is very poor compared to other companies in the exact same industry. The amount of people employed being affiliated with staff members is mind blowing as they become untouchable and the customers suffer because of this. No longer a family focused company, purely focused on greed and every cent spent.

The challengesSome customers can be difficult and do not respect our staff no matter how hard we try.
Paid well if you sell so having time off can make this hard. But business does support the time off if needed for family reasons

The good thingsHonest and Fair company who pay well if you put in the passion and time. Was in a Sales and client relationship role and received plenty of training and support. They do not worry about offering employee perks that no body uses, just help you when you need it.

The good thingsGreat business so very busy with lots of customers. This makes for a rewarding challenge but the team are amazing and it is amazing to help so many customers with their vehicles. Pay was good for what I was asked to do and so many other benefits like aussie zoo tickets and events for my family to attend

The good thingsI only have good things to say about my experience at Sci-Fleet Motors. I am a fresh graduate and extremely new to Automotive industry, however the management at Sci-Fleet has been very supportive in developing my knowledge and experience in the industry with continuous learning opportunities.
Everyone is very friendly and genuinely work hard towards maintaining a positive and approachable culture within the organisation.
The challengesSci-Fleet has multiple sites and business all across the country, getting used to the locations, trading names and understanding the business model of each dealership was the most challenging part.

The challengesGetting Managers to accept there may be a better way.Don't think my apprenticeship training was up to scratch.All everyone one wants to do is to leave thats why 3 of us left in a fortnight but they don't care never asked any of us why.The only time they try to make out they care is when replying here.Find somewhere else better to work.Wont be hard.

Disappointing workplace, stressed out staff who all just want to leave and eventually do, happy i left. Will never work there again

The challengesPoor attitude towards staff from management, staff asked for extra hours to earn extra, management wont allow it even though workshop is heavily over booked forcing staff to work harder to complete customer work.

The good thingsThe team are very welcoming, every single person is willing to help. Going into a new role is always daunting however once i arrived here i felt at home! The Business owners are just as helpful and caring as the day i first came in ! there is no such thing as someone better than another. Everyone works together and its just a great feeling coming in everyday. The Manager is always happy, even on a quiet day and he will lift everyone's spirits! BEST DECISION EVER MADE!
