    It was a learning experience, met some wonderful clients.
    The good thingsThe clients, they are what made the job worth it
    The challengesManagement being not being understanding, having no passion for the work we do and showing little respect towards the access workers below them. The team leaders think that “cooking” and “gardening” everyday is good enough for the clients and aren’t open to listening to their staff on ideas for activities.
