    The challengesWas contacted by an internal recruiter via LinkedIn for an interview. Recruiter then was late for said interview, told me it was only a pre-screening (never mind that I prepared for a proper interview and took at least 2 hours out of my also busy schedule to properly prepare for an interview) and she didn't know much about the position. Asked me pre-set questions and asked me to submit my CV. 18 hours later I got a no-reply automated email declining my application. When contacting the recruiter asking for feedback I got ghosted. I work in recruitment myself and this is not how you handle a respectful application process. I can handle a rejection, but you contacted me actively at least you can give me personal feedback. There is a shortage of skilled people these days, you never know if you might want to contact someone again.
