    Increased superannuation

    Sedgwick pays 0.5% employer superannuation guarantee payments (SGC) above the legislated amount.

    Paid parental leave

    Sedgwick offers primary carers 12 weeks full paid parental leave or 24 weeks at half pay. Secondary carers are eligible for 2 weeks full paid or 4 weeks half.

    Purchase annual leave

    Sedgwick offers eligible colleagues to purchase an additional 10 days of annual leave every 12 months.

    Payment of ANZIIF/AICLA memberships

    Sedgwick will pay for eligible colleagues ANZIIF and AICLA membership fees, subject to management approval.

    Educational assistance

    Sedgwick will pay up to $6,000 per year to assist eligible colleagues with their approved studies.

    Paid study leave

    Full time colleagues may be eligible for up to 1 day of paid study leave per subject of approved study.
