    Strange.
The good thingsNothing worth writing about here. It's a place where employees try to build a cohesive outcome but are thwarted by management
The challengesIt's an old company with managers lacking the sufficient skills and vision to keep this business running into the future. That's it..do not work here.theres far better places to work at. Its a very paranoid management team ready to cut down anyone who might improve the business outcomes. The shocking state of machinery and working conditions reflects the management which has led to a long term decline in this company. Plenty of other brick manufacturers out there if this is what you want to do .

Fast paced, hard labour, worth the money. Not worth the management.
The good thingsAbove average hourly rate, good rotating roster.
The challengesMachinery was extremely old and constantly falling apart, which lead co-workers finger to be cut off during the 2 weeks I was there. Constant maintenance mainly included duct taping parts back together instead of properly fixing.

Poor Work Place Culture and Morale leading to complete across the company work place unhappiness . It's easy to put a employer's/Company down but when many reveiw's all say the same thing ...... you work it out.
The good thingsFlexibility with working hours and hoildays.
The challengesDoing the same thing Day in Day out no matter what roll you have. Dealing with Management's Decision's. Lots of poor Decision's made for the Product and it's Sale's and the employee.
