    Do yourself a favour and not work here.
    The good thingsEnjoyed the work itself however processes and systems are outdated and not properly managed.
    The challengesNo flexibility, overtime expected, no WFH, required time off was not supported. No autonomy in role, meaningful work wasn’t there and reactive management who do not want to hear your expertise of which is why you were successful for the role.

    If you want to join the military, this place is for you. Terrible experience
    The good thingsCoffee Machine is the only good thing in that office.
    The challengesArchaic way of working. No flexibility. You are being timed for everything - lunch break, time you start, time you leave (over time is expected), the office is so quiet - there is no laughter conversation or anything. Worse than a library. Terrible experience.

    Horrendous and would not recommend working at Sentinel EVER.
    The good thingsCorporate offices.A CEO who has a Bentley and poor dress sense, and his charming daughter who has absolutely no personality and likes to ride ponies and sit in the corner office broodily watching everyone who works for daddy.
    The challengesVery weak management. They have grown too fast and management is poorly equipped and trained.Absolutely no support from higher management.
