I loved my job and worked in some great teams, but I would have to say, I was disgusted by some comments I heard from a Regional Manager in regards to body image of staff etc. maybe less judgement of people’s appearances would be nice, and possibly acknowThe good thingsThe front line staff, good benefits and great pay.
The challengesToo much change in centres. Staff, particularly co-ordinators are sent from one centre to another all the time, they keep bringing in new staff in these positions instead of giving some good staff the opportunity for advancement, help staff that would make good co-ords by training them and providing feedback and work with them. Dont just toss them around from one centre to another. The staff are getting sick and tired of consistent changes
