    The challengesSome challenges include trying to carry out work that has been quoted incorrectly sometimes but most of the time it is resolved in an alternative way that works

    The good thingsCulture is good and youthful, never did they push or rush my work, work life balance is good, they put trust in you which Was great and customers offer you coffee and food,
    The challengesFor me was coming from being self employed to a service company was the challenge personally for me, The other challenges which can be improved was a lack of job description which was frustrating at times

    Supportive environment with a great bunch of people.
    The good thingsI really enjoy the team I work with. I really feel like I'm apart of a work family, they make 'work' feel like less of a task. Being the first point of contact for our clientele isn't always an easy task. This business has provided extensive training to make everyone more confident on tackling difficult situations.

    The good thingsI’ve been with this company for over 3 years and couldn’t be happier. Family friendly, supportive company with a great bunch of staff. In house training, van and iPad are a bonus too.

    The good thingsThe team culture is great, the flexible working hours are a bonus, especially if you are studying or a mum. When you are surrounded by people who enjoy the job, are happy to come to work and are passionate about the service the company delivers its hard not to develop that same mindset.
