    Awful micromanagement setting. Unable to talk to HR or payroll when needed. Always have to go through Team Leader. TL will go in and out many times, but you can NEVER see or meet HR in person
    The good thingsOnly found good friends whilst working there
    The challengesNever given a proper noise cancellation headphone as promised by management. Staff desks were too close together whereby difficult to hear what customer's a talking, Too much loud noise of communications going around. Very stressful to do your work or listen to your customers enquires

    Toxic work environment. Non supportive managers. Too much work load and information processing. Too many variables to consider. Leaves you mentally exhausted.
