The challengesFocused on revenue and their reputation.
Terrible pay for the expected work and hours you put in (although better commission than our metro counterparts), and the kicker was that some of my salary each month went towards subsidising my clients to go on trips, living it up with management.
Constantly cutting staff as they outsource functions to the Philippines.
Constantly creating new roles in Sydney for more managers and directors.
Old and outdated processes and software/tech.
Despite the rhetoric of how 'progressive' a company they are, and how 'supportive' they are of female/diverse/LGBTQ+ identifying employees, it's still a boys club for white men, and women who act like those same white men.
