The challengesMy experience was far from positive.
While the brand may look glamorous from the outside, internally, there were serious issues with management and workplace culture. Decisions often felt unfair and inconsistent, with little transparency or justification.
Team members were sometimes subjected to favoritism, while others faced unnecessary criticism. I personally witnessed and experienced instances of intimidation from some management staff, which made the work environment stressful and demoralizing.
Despite the potential to grow and contribute, the lack of support, poor communication, and toxic culture made it difficult to thrive. I hope the company takes steps to address these issues, as they are hindering both employee satisfaction and overall productivity.
