The good thingsThe new CEO of the Shire of Carnarvon has brought a breath of fresh air into the once struggling organisation. Her management style is inclusive and empowering.
The team are welcoming and passionate about their roles and there is a strong vibe that we are working towards a greater good.

Woeful. I did not enjoy my time working here and would not recommend it to anyone.
The good thingsSome great staff to work with but unfortunately they dont last due to poor management and working conditions.
The challengesExceptionally High staff turnover due to poor or lack of management and direction. Good Staff move on quickly. Which has resulted in a lack of long term knowledge and understanding, the balance of power and self importance is extremely out of wack.

The challengesTrying to find the time to enjoy all the oppurtunty that the region has to offer, from beautiful beaches to learning locl culture, the distance can be a challenge but also ads to the adventure of the role
