Director of Human ResourcesHi There, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are currently working very hard to improve our Human Resource Management performance.
In 2018 we have appointed one of our directors to the sole responsibility of managing and developing all our staff on a consistent basis across all positions. Incidentally, we are currently looking for a HR & Payroll Coordinator to provide key support to all staff.
We certainly do not intend to micro-manage our staff, but we do expect our people use common sense in all aspects of their role. We love nothing more than employing capable people to carry out their role with plenty of freedom to succeed.

Director of Human ResourcesThank you very much for providing feedback. In 2018 we have begun implementing a new management structure whereby 6 weekly Management Meetings convene to plan and carry out the strategy of the business.
Additionally, we have made several appointment and promotions in 2018 from within the business.
We acknowledge that our traditionally flat organisation structure has probably caused some people to lose motivation due to the perceived lack of opportunity.
We are now fully committed to recognising and rewarding great performers with more responsibilities within the business.
