The challengesLack of support and adequate training, very poor management, unprofessional, different levels of expectations in team as workload varied, under appreciated, manager was passive aggressive, condescending and rude, low salary, no clear expectations of role, change of job description half way through and no guidelines or processes in place. Everything was just a mess as it was poorly managed which as a result caused a growing amount of frustration and resentment across the team. Everyone was completely drowning with workload!
