My experience at Shred-X was very positive, with a supportive and collaborative team culture
The good thingsSupportive team culture with friendly, collaborative staff. Great clientele to work with, and I would absolutely recommend Shred-X to a friend.
The challengesSome systems did not always operate as effectively as they should; however, Shred-X was consistently working on ways to improve them.

The good thingsThe people are the only reason to keep going back. Not management.
The challengesBeing told to do more with less. Less people, less support, more emails, more calls, more stress, more pressure, less pay.

Probably the worst job iv ever had, made an easy job overly complicated. DO NOT WORK THERE.
The good thingsThe other drivers were awesome. They have also left tho.

100% would work for Shred-X again. I haven't a single ill thing to say about the company nor the people there. Working for Shred-X was an enjoyable experience.
The good thingsShred-X has an amazing team making it a great environment to work in. Shred-X is very family oriented and treats staff as extended family.
The challengesWork at Shred-X in my experience was challenging but stimulating. It keeps you on your toes without being frustrating.
