    Unorganised causing stress to certain employees which affect the working of other employees.
    The good thingsManagement has no clue how to run a business. If anything goes wrong, the blame will filter through to the newest worker. Management allows decisions to be made by unstable persons.
    The challengesNeeds more organisation in management so as employees don't have everything dumped on them.

    Disappointing, bad for mental health.
    The good thingsPeople who worked there casual.
    The challengesDisregard for safety issues.Current HSR doesn't know what a HSR is required to do.Management are set in a bad culture. Management even team leaders talk to employees like underclass citizens. Don't raise any issues or you get told not to come back.Warehouse Supervisor protects permanent staff only.

    People were great and that made it worthwhile, but the restrictions placed on management by head office were a serious problem that won't be resolved any time soon.

    The challengesManagement tell you what you want to hear regardless if it’s true. Get told off for calling the allocation team you have to contact them via a message on the tablet and wait around for them to actually answer you.

    Would not reccommend anyone to work here, friends and family working in the company are favoured over people that actually work hard and do a good job, no training is provided either. Probably one of the worst working environments i've ever worked in which is a shame because I loved the job responsibilities.

    Poor communication. No responsibility from management

    The challengesWorking with staff that dont take responsibility for their mistakes/actions. Doing the same job everyday ( no rotation) Equipment failure over and over Staff slacking off, taking extra breaks Staff/ drivers not following health and safety rules

    Good experience, my knowledge of the industry has grown dramatically , in saying that I would not recommend this company to a friend

    The challengesTo summarise, it’s a mans world Speaking for most of the employees recognition for great results and extra effort were mostly unrecognised and were never given to the employee, although any mistakes made were acknowledged and voiced freely Watching staff come and go over the past years i can say that the training is absent, very little support provided and the the people who did provide this to new staff were never acknowledged for Their time
