    Absolutely horrible place to work

    The challengesManagement and supervisors on front desk and maintenance are absolutely terrible. No compassion for guests nor staff, it's all about the money.

    It was an awesome experience .
    The good thingsworking with alot of really nice people, knowing that if you stay at the resort the rooms are cleaned properly,you also get beautiful views with the resort being on top of a rise that you see over the ocean.
    The challengesThe challenges are you have to work within a time limit per room, and you have to be fit as there are a lot of steps you have to go up and down all day. making sure you are cleaning properly as rooms get inspected after they are finished.
