    Leadership need to update and complete professional development on current teaching practices.
    The good thingsStaff are encouraging and supportive. Most students are respectful but for the ones who aren't, there is very little leadership support. Great salary and extra days off during the year.
    The challengesThe overall leadership of all the campuses are old fashioned in their approach to teaching and the structure of the curriculum. They have not updated themselves to the current curriculum and assessment practises. No lesson plans, a very brief overall Unit planner.

    While I have generally had a positive experience at this school.
    The good thingsI am very satisfied with my experience at this school. The environment is friendly and welcoming.. The coordinators are helpful and always ready to assist us with any concerns. Overall, it's a wonderful place for learning and personal growth!
    The challengesone challenge I have encountered is that some students can be disrespectful at times. This can create a bit of a negative atmosphere. However, the supportive staff and friendly environment help to balance it out.

    The challengesLeadership! The school is run by a lot of young people who do not know how to lead.

    Don’t work there if you want to keep your sanity.
    The good thingsNothing is good about this school.
    The challengesIt’s a very difficult school to work at. No work life balance. Work load is massive. Students are disrespectful. Management is not supportive.

    The challengesVery challenging behaviour. Culturally isolated. If you were not Turkish or of islam religion, teaching was difficult here. If you did not know Arabic, you would struggle to find conversation in the staffroom.

    It was a very good working until I was made redundent.They are targeting some teachers to get rid of them because they were getting higher pay then new recruited teachers.

    Really bad school, don't work there
    The good thingsVery advanced in technology, interactive whiteboards and computers in each classroom. Big library, friendly and supportive staff.
    The challengesStudent culture is terrible, disrespectful and disengaged students, unsupportive management. Coordinators don't help with discipline issues. Teachers are not supported.
