    Sitel dec ided to close their operation in Tasmania and move this to mNew Zealand because they could do it cheaper and all staff were made redundant the experience of working there was not the best it was all push even if you could not meet the sales requ

    The good thingsThey are nice and really good staff... they do a monitoring regarding the updates of the employee's development. they give incentives and more exciting perks to motivate their employees.

    I loved working at Sitel, work is what you make it, and I miss not going there everyday due to our centre closing.
    The good thingsAll the different people you get to work with, friends made for life. A learning experience nearly every day. Valuable skills learnt that will allow you to improve your work ability now and for the future.
    The challengesManagers have their favourites, and they are rewarded even if they have bad work behaviour. Most of the time agents are promoted on who they know and not what experience or knowledge they have on the program.
