    Great company to work with if you can work with Adam.
    The good things+ solid salaries + great location + great atmosphere + opportunities + great studio integration + amazing designs + working with Adam + showers + amazing studio design + standing desks for everyone
    The challenges- it can be a very commercial and uninspiring office if you are not working with AH.

    Great company and projects but HR not supportive of flexible work
    The good thingsYoung office, and colleagues very nice. Great projects and lovely design.
    The challengesUpper management and HR manager difficult because support management interests rather than staff. Flexible arrangements not really flexible.

    The challengesDepending on who you work with you might have a very hard time. For an office of this caliber the systems are very loose for young, inexperienced designers. Some great people left.
