The challengesThere’s no flexibility for employees, only for top management. HR and upper management are indifferent to employee concerns, which go unheard. Career growth opportunities, especially for women, are virtually nonexistent. They don’t disclose salary ranges, and there’s pay disparity between male and female employees. The work environment is toxic, with poor management. Projects take an eternity to be initiated and are often executed poorly.
Bonus and pay raise are unclear to everyone and often delayed. There are no guidelines or structures of why or how you got what you got.
Poor training and on boarding plans. Pretty much no training plan in place.
Cannot give feedback and if you do, basically you are told it is what it is!
