    The challengesNo training is provided for new employees, nobody talks to you or pays attention to you, and supervisors even dare to call you "cutie" while giving instructions. When you ask questions, you don’t get answers, but then you’re criticized for not asking enough.

    Highest turnover I have ever experienced by far! Managers running departments that they haven't even set foot in. Department Supervisors are great and always helpful. Camp not great but food is okay.

    The challengesWhole site runs on no procedures and little priority or care is given to this after 2 and a half years of operating.

    A small family company attempting to be large but not letting independent managers have responsibility to make the necessary changes.

    The challengesLack of management support. Lack of parts supply to sites. HR issues not taken seriously or followed up on.
