    It added strength and value to my skills having managed a small warehouse.
    The good thingsThe co-workers were great and very, very helpful in patiently training on various aspects of bedding and furniture details. There's a lot more to it than you think.
    The challengesThe store ownership is not good quality. The person is clueless in their role and multiple safety issues I raised during my short period there, were not addressed. Despite mentioning in emails and team meetings.

    Overall, I've really enjoyed my time at SNOOZE :)
    The good thingsMeeting new clients everyday, Team environment, Growth if you pursue it, Movement from store to store is achievable if you're good at your job as your reputation will prove this, Staff Discounts, Quality products, Meeting nice people within the supplier group.
    The challengesPeople not taking responsibility for their own decision to purchase. The amount of competition in the market place tends to bastardise product value & create negative reviews due to the poor quality of products within the competition.

    If you want a career with opportunities and progression, then don't look here
    The good things*Nice people *Small sized head office *Friday drinks
    The challenges*Severely outdated systems that constantly have interfacing issues *Extremely high turnover of staff, average 45% turnover per year, people are leaving in droves to secure more permanent employment *Basically zero career development as it is a very small company with limited roles *Non-flexible work options, must have a really good reason to work from home *Motivation is really low as they are not innovative, just recycle their promotions throughout the year, very bland *No bonus, no perks, no annual payrise

    Would be happy to work there again.
    The good thingsInteresting job, a lot to learn so was really interesting. Good rapport with team mates, representatives from suppliers and good support. Nights out with team mates and management as rewards offered by management.

    if the franchisee would have a good look at who is managing the stores the company may do a little better.

    The challengesinappropriate and immature management. staff turn over was ridiculous. management and owners had no professionalism what so ever. was like working for days of our lives.

    Who your boss is and what store you’re in makes a massive difference with Snooze
    The good thingsI had a great experience in one of the stores I worked at, but the second store I worked at with different managers and owners was absolutely terrible.
    The challengesYou could make all the sales in world for your boss and see where the money goes, but god forbid you want to make a coffee for yourself
