    Sleep Study Technician Assistant
    Feb 2022
3 to 4 years in the role, former employee
Started out great until new management and then eventual over taking by Air Liquide. The constant night work can be a lot for anyone though after a few years. Its mostly a revolving door of uni students studying med.
The good thingsThe people you work along side often will most likely become close friends due to the nature of the work and being awake sat next to each other when your brain wants to be asleep...big conversations tend to happen.
The challengesNight work Management Complete lack of care around their employees mental health
