    The job itself was great, but I developed anxiety about going to work and picking up the work phone.

    The challengesToxic work environment, will work you till you drop, lots of finger pointing, gaslighting from management is regular, threatening atmosphere.

    Great environment to work in which supports employees to grow as professionals.
    The good thingsUnbelievable amount of support provided by the parent company. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Solenis.
    The challengesFast paced environment keeps you on your toes. Coordinating with employees around the world becomes challenging but will be a ideal fit for some who enjoys a challenge.
