    Unbelievable team & individual support. Not one regret taking a role with Solotel!
    The good thingsTraining and upskilling programs are unmatched to other hospitality companies I have worked for in the past. There is definitely a full-team focus on the individual’s career progression which made me feel right at home. The support from all areas of the venue & the company as a whole is unbelievable.
    The challengesAbsolutely nothing at all, any difficulties or challenges were worked through with both the venue teams & the relevant support team from Head Office and rectified immediately

    Genuine & True Hospitality Group, No regrets joining this group/family
    The good thingsLots of training, Guidance and mentorship and an awesome crew of co-workers all the way to the big dogs at head office, plenty of rewards and recognition programs as well which is always reassuring and satisfying
    The challengesFor me, probably adapting to all the programs and software the company uses, comprehending it all to maximise all of the programs true and full potential, however there are plenty of people you can reach out to to seek guidance and understanding on how to utilise all of the platforms, so more so it’s just a matter of reaching out to someone and seeking assistance and guidance, which the company does encourage you/us to do

    Well presented venues and dedicated tems running them.
    The good thingsVenues are a really high standard and the teams within them have been profesisonal and hard working. The staff discounts and vouchers are excellent.
    The challengesNothing serious, new systems and policies are always a challenge at first but were easy enough to settle in to.

    The good thingsAs head chef have full creative control Over all 3 levels of the business with food menus which is something that really gives me a lot of confidence. And massive room to grow in the company which I have a missing for awhile.
    The challengesBiggest challenge is to oversee all three levels of the business. And finding the right people that fit for the restaurant and the work environment that I want to create.

    Management in venues in my experience are all very productive, like minded people who find solutions with ease and really bond the team together. Hands down best management of venues I’ve seen, and felt almost welcomed by in every other venue visited with
