Horrendous. By far my worst experience
The good thingsA few good professionals to work with
The challengesHigh staff turnover rate where staff do not survive long enough to develop the skills, knowledge and experience to perform. Several positions have been made redundant recently and other positions have not been replaced. Lack of training or any sort of induction or development plan for new and existing employees. High pressure environment where everyone is constantly in firefighter mode with no forward planning or standard processes.

    Exhausting, mentally challenging and disappointing.
The good thingsMany good people. Opportunities to work in different countries. Committed to charitable causes.
The challengesUnder resourced. Too much work for the number of employees and management would rather burn people out and replace them than provide the right amount of resource. Some difficult managers that the company accepts as they deliver results even though they have a 30% staff turnover rate.

    Horrendous
The good thingsOne or two great people scattered amongst the unprofessional majority.
The challengesPoor culture, staff are overworked, poor management, no work life balance, no 2 people know the same skill which puts pressure on individuals, no forward planning, run very lean, old dead wood in the company with ooor behaviours allowed to spread their toxicity.
