Work hard and you'll reap the rewards
The good thingsGreat team on board here. Have learned many new valuable skills. Very high paced working environment so never bored. Have made many lifelong friends. Very good work culture with monthly team bonding activities.
The challengesCan get very busy at certain times of the year but that can be said for most jobs. Very high expectations within the job but have many resources available to achieve these expectations.

High expectations, but they provide the tools and support to acheive it.
The good thingsMy coworkers are a blast to work with, very knowlegable and are always quick to give me a hand when I need it. I've never seen leadership in any company more passionate about the work they and their team are doing.
The challengesExpectations of you are high, but fair. At times the workplace can get heated, but it comes from a genuine desire for everyone to be doing their best.

    Rewarding but challenging.
The good things- Great commissions if you work hard. - Family office environment vibes. - Free coffee/snacks and consistent paid outings. - Good support from team leaders - Wanting you to succeed if you put the work in.
The challenges- A lot of paperwork to ensure you close a sale properly. - Not changing in-efficient systems or not willing to change - Extremely busy at times where it becomes chaotic - The training definitely needs improving. - The people, some are great, some not so much, but that's with every workplace.

    Amazing place to work!
The good thingsWonderful people in an energetic workplace. The work is challenging, rewarding, and never boring. There are staff activities arranged for team bonding and a range of perks such as on-site parking, lunch provided etc that make it a great place to work.
The challengesThe work can be fast-paced and challenging but there are always colleagues and managers willing to help out. There is a steep learning curve but comprehensive training is provided.

Set your standards low so that you won't be disappointed.
The good thingsThe team members were lovely people, however I believe they have all quit now. The actual work was good.
The challengesBeing micromanaged whilst being told that you have to work with complete autonomy. Some of the management team have very short tempers, and would never listen to any concerns you had. They also made it nearly impossible to have any time off. Also didn't provide proper training to all staff members, only some had to listen to hours on end of talking.

    The bad outweighs the good
The good thingsThere were many team related activities to motivate us to reach our goals. There was also free lunch everyday which was a huge bonus and money saver
The challengesManagement was extremely unorganised. There was an unrealistic standard of work/life balance which tipped in favour of work until all hours. There was no opportunity for growth, nor was there any trust in team members from management

Great company with great values! The more you put in the more you get back!
The good things- Working for a company that genuinely looks after their customers. - Amazing team, best teamwork I have seen. - In-house IT team means great systems get better every day, no waiting for years for fixes! -Those who put in the most are given significant opportunities for advancement.
The challenges- Staff are held to a high standard, expected to outperform competitors in knowledge and customer service. Meaning hard workers flourish, but slackers are easily noticed. - Staff given autonomy, but those who need lots of supervision will struggle.

    Worst career move ever!
The good thingsNo late night or weekends
The challengesTrying to stay awake during training while you listen to someone who literally talks for 4-5 hours at high speed without taking a break.
