    Everything perfect on the surface...the reality is very different.
    The good thingsLove working with clients, some people in the team were great, others not so much.
    The challengesManagement does not listen to staff, they only care about numbers and making a profit. Gossip amongst the staff, managers mock their employees, they don't listen to them, no opportunities to grow, while managers create new positions for themselves, to get more money. Very toxic environment.

    Spectrum is a great place to work, where everyone is respected, and there is an understanding of diversity and inclusion.
    The good thingsA strong passionate and driven management and leadership team who \"walk the talk\" and take the time to listen to staff.
    The challengesBeing a not-for-profit organisation there are always competing priorities for limited funds. Being mindful of the history of the organisation, while making the most of new business opportunities, can be challenging for everyone.
