    Worse experience of my life! The company wasn’t willing to change their ways and staff are constantly under the pump.
    The good thingsAnnual salary was half decent.
    The challengesYou are required to do an extreme amount of overtime and efforts aren’t recognised. The tendering process is extensive and you are constantly micro managed.

    Not the worst builder in the game, but not far from it.
    The good thingsEstablished brand, some degree of goodwill in the market towards them.
    The challengesAntiquated business systems. Difficult to overcome previous Insolvency history in some instances. Local management demonstrated extremely poor leadership and honesty.
