I enjoy working here but you need to expect to work very hard and constantly feel under pressure.
The good thingsThe staff are friendly, professional and helpful.
The challengesThe school really expects to get their money's worth out of you. You can never seem to reach a full allotment so can always expect extras including permanent extra teaching periods such as Maths Olympiad practice with grade 5's.

The good thingsGreat colleagues and management who are supportive, nurturing, flexible and invested in my wellbeing and my professional development! A beautiful campus and accessible facilities also makes coming to work such a pleasure.
The challengesMy role specifically requires juggling many projects and working with various departments which was often challenging in terms of working with a lot of stakeholders and managing their expectations. Supportive and highly capable team. Opportunities to be creative and deliver great work.
The good thingsWonderful culture and values. Genuine commitment to both student and staff wellbeing. Progressive and innovative approach to education.
The challengesNo challenges so far. Learning a new role and industry is always demanding but that contributes to the overall sense of achievement.
