    Very inconsistent, insecure leadership and operational structure. It could be much better.

    Honest Review for Stahmann
    The good thingsCompetitive and good salary compared to other Macadamia companies.
    The challengesBut There is no work life balance and this year, Stahmann stayed open through the christmas period. If you are on a 44 hour contract; you are pretty much working from 6am until 4pm everyday. You are lucky if your supervisor or boss is understanding.
