Everyone gets along well, and there’s a strong sense of camaraderie both at work and through the social club, where we get together for activities, food, and drinks. I started as a trainee and have always been encouraged to keep learning and developing my skills. The training provided is exceptional, with a combination of one-on-one guidance, structured learning modules, and clear written instructions. Colleagues are always willing to help and share their knowledge, which has made me feel confident and capable in my role.
