It was a smooth and interesting experience in my career
The good thingsI used to work in the studios, digitising and restoring sound old tape recordings. I love this job, the studio environment and the management was very supportive. Actually, I would love to continue there. It's just my family circumstances that I left.
The challengesProbably the only thing was shifts. I couldn't swop a day or two with my colleges, I had to keep with the same shift the whole week. And for a mother of 7 y.o. it was a problem.

If you enjoy mediocrity, doing the least amount possible and running to the union for perceived slights, SLWA would be a perfect fit.
The good thingsGenerous pay and excellent location.
The challengesEngrained public service culture coupled with stagnant management means SLWA is riddled with poor performing staff.
