Poor management, uncomfortable work environment and toxic workplace culture.
The good thingsStaff discount is the only positive.
The challengesThe workplace has several management and culture issues. Employees are micromanaged and treated inconsistently and unfairly. The work environment is extremely uncomfortable, partly due to close monitoring by managers and CEO, through cameras and in-person supervision. There is also significant pressure on staff to work outside their stated availability, making work-life balance difficult to maintain. Communication and expectations from CEO and management are not clear, and absolutely no support available.

Dynamic and supportive teams with plenty of career progression opportunities.
The good thingsThe teams I work alongside are incredible and with such a collaborative role this is so important to me. I have always received support and uplift with any creative ideas and plans. Working so closely with the founders is super beneficial and insightful!
The challengesAs with any fast-growing company, things move quickly, which can be challenging at times. However, it also creates an exciting and dynamic work environment.

If you’re considering a position here, please think twice
    The good thingsOutside work friendships
The challengesThe work environment is declining, with management failing to act on repeated reports of disrespect towards the team. Employee well-being is ignored, and accountability is absent, with the main concern being the public image.

The work environment at STAX. felt isolating, with leadership failing to address concerns about exclusion and workplace toxicity. Despite promoting a positive culture, the reality was very different, with high staff turnover and a lack of accountability. My departure was handled unprofessionally, further highlighting the company’s disregard for employee well-being. If you're considering a role here, be mindful of the red flags.
The good thingsUnfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with this company.
The challengesWorking at STAX came with a lot of challenges, from the overall work environment to the way things were managed. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t a positive experience for me.
