    Company itself has potential, the people… not so much.
    The good thingsYou’re able to have career progression as there’s great options to move within different departments
    The challengesConcerning amount of intimidation happens there. The team is very cliquey. They target you and create you as a picture of someone you’re not. Does not make it an enjoyable experience to come into work.

    The challengesNo true leadership in this company - just lots of managers not really managing anything or anyone - resulting in an incredibly poor workplace culture and the good people being overlooked or just leaving

    I was so excited to get the role but so very disappointed by the reality of it.
    The good thingsI am drawing a blank on this question....um yeah I got nothing.
    The challengesUnrealistic workloads and reporting requirements. Too many Managers with "painted on hands" delegating work down the line. Managers would not learn new systems. Unfair bonus/privilege system in favour of Managers with lower workers not included. The amount of money the company wasted was shocking. Triplication of work.

    Good project, team culture but with complex red tape, hierarchy and corporate governance.
    The good thingsVery vibrant working environment with good people orientated flat team culture. Company willing to provide employee incentives for events, functions and general day-to-day support.
    The challengesComplex reporting line, hierarchy system, red tape for business decision making. Employees will not be promoted without going through open competitive recruitment process.

    Dont join if you want you care about mental health, average employement duration is less than 4 years.HR need to be replaced.

    The challengesVery toxic work enviornment, Top IT management have no IT experience, they cant take decisions, whole IT enviornment is toxic, it is like Place where only decision of few top people are implemented, should be last choice to join.IT Management is only doing Marketing and talking.

    The challengesin sales: it is very hard to to create a portfolio of reliable source of continues sales as a new employee. The referral business is king and referrers unwilling to change or give chance to new people. Walk in is very few ending up on desperation for new starters.
