The best job I have had to date - it ticks all the boxes and I love coming to work everyday.
The good thingsAn excellent team culture, great work life balance with no weekend work - it's very flexible yet still the opportunity to make a lot of money. Free staff lunch once a month, great induction training program and parking on site.
The challengesThere is a lot to learn with finance (which you would expect in any finance role) however here you have got a lot of support and help when you need it.

I would 100% recommend people to work for this company
The good thingsI have been working here for a while now, Its been one of the best employers I have been employed by. They treat you like adults and don't micromanage which for me only fuels me to do better. The guys in brisbane i've worked with have always been eager to help and they provided 2 solid weeks of training before they put you out on the floor. The morale i think is a 10/10
The challengesIt is a job where it's practically a small business ran by yourself, you will only get out what you put in and need to think outside the box to be as successful.

Wouldn't work here again, a very disloyal company.
The good thingsWill working here it was good to start with, you feel motivated to get onto calling leads. After 2 weeks on the phones you are offered no assistance with anything. You are left to fend for yourself. I find it hard to say good things about Stratton Finance.

Stratton Safety genuinely ethical
The good thingsGreat variety in the work and high level of autonomy in how work is conducted. Genuine commitment to professional development and worker success.
The challengesSmall business, so cash flow can be unpredictable. Management are honest about this, without fear-mongering, but hope this evens out over time.
