    The challengesunderpaid, pay would not keep up with inflation and higher cost of living could not attractive experienced staff because of low pay upper management were not qualified

    The good thingsSupportive colleagues Paid well and good benefits IT were always very helpful and responsive Nice working spaces, lots of resources External training opportunities
    The challengesPeople in management with little or no experience High turnover of staff Management is more concerned with expanding the business and not enough focus on delivering a quality service Bad reputation within the community KPI focused Management have little compassion for participants. They are not interested in doing the right thing by their participants

    Stride cares about the wellbeing of their employees and the people they support.
    The good thingsIt's the people at Stride that make work truly wonderful. It is a kind and supportive culture. The staff here really care about the work they do and the people they support.
    The challengesLike any not-for-profit budget is always tight. But that is the nature of this industry.
