Don't do it to yourselfThe good thingsFlexibility with start times (choose when you start your day depending on hours in schedule). Some other employees are wonderful and some of the staff in stores you work in make the day a little brighter.
The challengesManagement (or lack of), little communication about changes that WILL affect team, hours reduced if the manager doesn't like you, you are just a number and cannot have personal issues, scheduling often not completed until the night before, hours given to new hires over loyal staff, zero recognition for over and above work... The list of negatives is honestly endless.
