    Great company
    The good thingsNo supervisor breathing down your neck. Able to do as many jobs as you like in a day or as little. Good for parents as you'd be able to nip off in the day for appointments or pick up kids.
    The challengesIf you're just a planogrammer its wise to save money as there may be times where there are loads of jobs or times when there are only a couple. I didn't personally face any challenges.
