Lots of opportunities for the company to do so much better, certain mgmt positions need to lift their game.
The good thingsReasonably close to home, easy commute. Got along well and learnt from my colleague.
The challengesLots of talk about training though nothing ever eventuates. All talk no action.

    Rewarding and Enjoyable
The good thingsThe management and co workers were a pleasure to work with.
The challengesThe only outside issue, was the parking, as it was Brisbane Council meter parking.

    Great company
The good thingsVery progressive company always responding to the market with new designs. Very high quality displays.
The challengesHaving high end quality displays brings higher prices for clients who cannot accept the fact that display inclusions come at a cost. There is a budget range available but buyers want the best. Some displays are so grand, buyers immediately think they cannot afford the home and walk out.

As a sales consultant there is very little support which in dollar terms costs you money.
The good thingsThey have some very good floor plans.
The challengesThey expanded quite quickly however cutback on their support staff. Their operating and support are still that of a small builder. They just couldn't cope.
