The challengesManagement is unfair, biased and fails to address significant issues. I constantly felt belittled, and even after reporting to management, they did not care.
I was accused of stealing by the manager, and instead of addressing the issue with me, she went behind my back, spreading rumours to the rest of the team. Not even HR cares to address the lack of respect in this workplace. Accent Group needs to do better.
