    This is a classic toxic / relationship, and chronic understaffing

    The challengesFalse accusations made my management and inability to follow up with a formal apology or recognition that the accusations were unfounded as well as zero documentation of the incident

    The challengesThe environment, the management, the behavior of staff towards people of different background. I found the pay scale well below the market level.

    Good company to work for but not perfect.
    The good thingsGood company to work for, very nice new & modern SA premises (the previous one was kind of old and unsuitable for the business). Good remuneration package. Got to travel around interstate to other branches and Head-Office in Sydney, meeting lots of new employees that otherwise you'd just talk to over the phone, forming new friendships and learning how others did things. Friendly employees.
    The challengesVery tight deadlines and management very demanding at times. Lots of pressure from head-office in NSW to get things done on time, plus they sort of forced down budgets and targets on us as a state, you had to do what they wanted. Some managers did not have the necessary people skills and were quite blunt and rude. Life/work balance issues at peak times during the month, I was putting in 12-13 hours a day which is not sustainable in the long term.

    The challengesSalary is low, no perks, employed to work 8hrs a day when most days its a 12-14hr day dont recieve overtime or time in lieu. Management is a revolving door.
