I worked here for 7 years on and off and it was a toxic environment. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone. Full of incompetent staff and management that doesn't action feedback. The good thingsIt's a fulfilling job because you are tangibly making a difference in the life of the elderly.
The challengesManagement constantly changing, lots of gossip/negativity, new staff not trained properly, lots of staff that consistently perform poorly with no real disciplinary action taken and long-term staff expected to just 'pick up the slack'. Management listen to feedback but rarely take any action.
