    Could be a great company to work for but micromanagement and unwillingness to let highly qualified personnel to perform their duties more effectively make it difficult place to work.
    The good thingsGood product , flexible work hours, nice office and above average salary
    The challengesCulture, unclear job description and constantly changing duties with no clear picture of the future. Micromanagement - every task needs to be approved by the manager who is never available.

    when I moved from one business to this one, the grass was greener on this side, even though they are still working on improving in some areas.
    The good thingsGreat people to work with, just like every other business COVID caused hard times but they acted quickly. They are working very hard on retention given the current climate which is great to see and are working on giving more benefits to the employee.
    The challengesWhen I started a few years ago I wasn't given a proper induction, but this process has improved significantly.

    The good thingsThe recent appointments of the new CEO and General Sales Manager have made immediate changes for the good across the entire business. This is a strong business and the new management team have your back.
    The challengesCommunication is key in all businesses, no exception here. Recent changes have improved this immeasurably.

    One I could have done without.
    The good thingsSalary was above average but when you factor the extea hours of work required after hours I'd be happy to earn less elsewhere.
    The challengesConvincing higher management to spend money to gain further exposure of products , whether by participating in trade shows, setting promotional activity or discounting case for first time purchases. Unrealistic & unachievable kpi's & not accepting of negative customer feedback.
